Start with the right fit
A seat cover stays put more easily when it follows the shape of your seat rather than stretching across it or bunching at the edges. Before installing a cover, compare its shape with your seat, including the headrest, seat-back contours, and any built-in features, and avoid a cover that leaves loose fabric where you sit or lean.
How to use the seat cover
Keep safety features clear
Never route straps across seat-belt buckles, seat controls, child-seat anchors, or moving seat tracks, and make sure the cover does not interfere with headrest adjustment. If your seat has a side airbag, use only a cover specifically intended for that seat’s airbag arrangement, installed as directed; a tight-looking fit is not a substitute for appropriate compatibility.
Recheck the cover as you use it
After a few drives, smooth out any wrinkles and retighten the cover’s intended fasteners if they have loosened, especially around the seat base where getting in and out can tug the fabric forward. Remove debris trapped between the cover and seat, and follow the cover’s care directions when cleaning it so that you can reinstall it neatly rather than leaving it twisted or bunched.
If you’re fitting our Full Set Car Seat Covers (3 Pcs) | Hexy “Tan” Edition, use the same approach: position each piece carefully, secure it only as intended, and confirm that your seat’s safety features remain unobstructed. For more fit and care guidance, see our Hexy “Tan” seat cover guide.
The Black Hexy Car Seat Protector & Car Kick Mat Set (2 Pcs) | Owleys supports car and secure as a dedicated seat protector; it pairs with the seat cover during the same trip.

FAQ
How to keep car seat covers from moving?
Keep the cover evenly tensioned, clear away debris underneath it, and recheck its fasteners after regular use. If it continues to slide despite proper installation, reassess the fit rather than adding attachments that could interfere with seat functions.
