Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?

Good seat back kick protectors, I bought 2 as a gift. It's a pity though that it’s not made of leather on both sides.

The size could be bigger, it won’t completely cover every seat back. But the materials are of great quality and it looks stylish in car.
Ford s-max perfect fit. Everything’s great, leather is soft and looks beautiful.
We got this car seat kick mat to protect the car upholstery from our kid’s shoes. Our son is very active, and fabric seat covers quickly slipped out under his legs, so the dirt still remained. But this kick protector does its job just fine!! It doesn’t not move out, and can be cleaned easily. Now we travel with our son with pleasure, as we don't have to worry that we’ll have to clean the car up later... Thanks a lot!
