No, you can only attach the headrest and backrest straps. If you don’t have any place to secure the bottom straps, these two attachments are enough.

Very well made with good quality materials. It installed easily and fits snugly on the rear passenger seat of my Honda CR-V. I chose this one because it has a firm shape and isn’t flimsy like many others, which can look messy. It doesn’t take up any extra legroom.
