No, you can only attach the headrest and backrest straps. If you don’t have any place to secure the bottom straps, these two attachments are enough.

These seat back organizers are really handy, with well-separated pockets for organizing everything. They also do a great job of protecting the back of the seats.
I got these for our summer road trip. They’re easy to set up, but since my kids are still in car seats (not boosters), they can’t reach most of the pockets yet. These will be more useful as they grow!
