Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?

Are shipping fees refundable?

I gave it 4 stars because neither the Fire tablet nor the iPad Pro fit in the big, clear pocket. Aside from that, I was really impressed. I got these for a road trip, and they were super useful. There are plenty of pockets for keeping things organized, and the zippered pocket behind the Clearview pocket was great for storing our instant camera photos without losing them. We used it in a midsize SUV, and it fit the back seats perfectly. If the tablets had fit, it would’ve easily been a five-star review.
