Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.

We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Installation was super easy. I bought a used car and spent a lot of money trying to eliminate the cigarette smoke smell, but even after cleaning, it lingered. These covers act as a barrier between me and the cloth seats. I haven’t had them long enough to speak to their longevity, but so far, they are exactly as described.
With three kids in car seats, these protectors are a lifesaver for keeping my car clean. I’ve been using them for two years now, and they’ve held up great. The small pockets are handy, and they’re easy to take off and clean when needed.
We have an old 1998 BMW 3-series sedan with narrow, sporty leather seats and a Chicco KeyFit30 car seat. This protector was easy to install, even though it’s a bit wider than the seat itself. The base straps in securely without sliding, thanks to the rubber grips. I’m thrilled that our boy is now securely fastened. We’ll be getting another one for our other car that has similar seats.
Love it!! perfect look and fit!
I got these for my new Prius with the Softex Moonstone interior. I spent a lot of time finding a black seat cover that wouldn’t ruin the car’s look, and this one fits well and stays put. With some assistance during installation, it was easy to secure. I’m happy with the purchase and have been using it for about three months.
Sturdy and simple to set up, plus it’s incredibly cute!
The 'Hexy' Car Seat Protectors from Owleys are an absolute lifesaver for parents like me! With kids constantly hopping in and out of the car, spills and messes are unavoidable... These protectors fit perfectly and covers my back seats, shielding them from spills, crumbs, and dirt. The stylish hexagon pattern even adds a nice touch to my car's interior. Best of all, it's so easy to clean. I'd highly recommend it to any parents out there 😍
This car seat protector is very user-friendly. Before buying, make sure to check your car seat manual to ensure compatibility, as some brands don’t allow protectors. The “Safety tested” label doesn’t mean much because there’s no standard to test against.
