What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

I just got a new car and needed seat protectors to keep it clean with my two little troublemakers in the back. These have a good gripping material underneath to stop them from sliding on leather. I also got protectors for the front seats to prevent little footprints from marking up the back of the front seats.
I really liked this product. It’s well-made, uses great materials, is waterproof, and is easy to clean. Works with all sizes of car seats.
I recently purchased two of these seat protectors and they're working just great to keep my seats protected!! Both were very easy to install and fit perfectly in my car. I love that the material is waterproof, which gives me peace of mind as my kids often spill drinks in the car. Love it!! Great brand and I'll definitely buy more
This is the thickest car seat protector I’ve found. It holds its shape well and doesn’t allow sharp edges to press into the seat below. I was worried that the Chicco Keyfit base might leave creases, but this has done an excellent job cushioning it.
They exceeded my expectations, looking much nicer and more upscale than anticipated. I purchased them to cover my leather seats during the summer, and for the price, they’re fantastic. Highly recommended! 100%!
It doesn’t stay in place as well as I’d hoped, but it definitely offers protection and looks good. I use it to shield my leather seats from my baby’s car seat. So far, it’s been an excellent buy.
I’m not sure why some reviews say these are hard to install. It took me less than 5 minutes to put two of them in my Suburban. They fit snugly, with no gaps, and no more sliding around in my seat. My purse also stays put on the passenger seat!
