What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Loved these! Very nice looking, fit fine, maybe just a tad short for our 2022 Leaf, but they do stay in place. My only negative comment is the packaging. They were each in a plastic bag, and then also wrapped in plastic. Need to be more mindful of plastic packing these days.
I purchased the Owleys seat protector and am using it in the picture attached. I have purchased several of these in the past from various manufacturers and must say the Owleys is the best made and most attractive seat protector I've had. Before the Owleys seat protector not only was the the seat in my new car likely to get stained and have marks from the car seat but it also allowed the car seat to slide which blocked the seat belt attachment. With the Owleys installed the seat is firmly installed and my daughter no longer has issues buckling in. 5 stars!
I really like the car seat as the cushion really helps protect my leather seats. I purchased 2 so i can put them in the back and use it as a cushion/2nd level protection over a large cover. I have 2 car seats in the back and it really prevents creases in my leather seats. Ideally it doesn't fit as perfect from the picture and would like one that was slightly larger but it does the job!
Really like this item and would highly recommend it to others!

A great buy! I've had two of these seat protectors for a few weeks now, and they are fantastic. They're made from a durable eco leather that holds up well against spills, dirt, and even my dog's claws! The installation was super quick and easy and protectors fit my seats quite well. I've already had to clean it a couple of times, and it's as simple as wiping it down. For its durability, protection, and aesthetic appeal, I would recommend this car seat protector to anyone.
