Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.

How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

I'm happy with the functionality of this organizer. It's doing a good job of keeping my trunk clutter-free. I do wish the material was a bit easier to clean, though. I've noticed that spills and dirt don't always wipe off easily.
I love the functionality of this organizer, but the velcro straps that secure it to the trunk could be stronger. They tend to come loose if I'm driving on bumpy roads.
Think this organizer is a decent value for the cost. My only concern is the quality of the stitching. I've already noticed a couple of places where the seams are coming undone, and I've only been using it for a short time.
This Owleys organizer is a good buy for the price. However, I've noticed that the stitching in a few areas isn't very strong. I'm concerned that the seams might start to unravel with continued use.

I was tired of my groceries rolling around in the back of my car, so I decided to give this organizer a try. It's working great! My only complaint is that the dividers don't stay in place very well. They tend to shift around when I'm driving.
