Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?

Are shipping fees refundable?

This Owleys organizer is a good value for the money. My only complaint is that the stitching isn't very durable. I've noticed a few seams starting to come apart after only a few weeks of use.
I purchased this for my new vehicle. Since my state requires reusable shopping bags, I was tired of them cluttering my trunk. This organizer has proven to be a fantastic solution! Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. It's a decent organizer for the price. My only gripe is that the color (black) shows dust and lint very easily. Maybe a darker gray would be better.
I’ve tried cheaper alternatives before, and they fell apart quickly. This one is exquisitely crafted. Given the dust issue in Arizona, it’s great that it’s so easy to clean. It fits perfectly in the back of my Kia Soul, with ample space for groceries and a clear view inside. I’m excited to stop shopping for another option; this one is fantastic!
I'm enjoying this trunk organizer so far. It's helped me keep things organized. However, the velcro that holds it together when folded isn't very strong. It tends to come undone easily.
