We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:

- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.

After using this trunk organizer for several weeks, I'm mostly satisfied with its performance. It's sturdy, easy to clean, and the handles make it convenient to carry. The size is great for my car, and it helps keep my trunk organized. However, the Velcro on the lid could be stronger, as it tends to open when the organizer is fully loaded. Despite this minor issue, it's a solid product.
Love the compartments! I can separate my cleaning supplies, emergency kit, and other stuff easily.
I'm a big fan of how easy it is to clean this organizer. A quick wipe-down, and it looks like new. Being able to machine wash it would be a fantastic bonus, though. That would make it super simple to keep it thoroughly clean and sanitized.
Finally, an organizer that doesn’t slide around in the trunk!!! The rubber feet make all the difference, highly recommend!!!!😍😍😍
This organizer has been very helpful in keeping my trunk tidy. It would be even more functional if it had some external pockets for smaller items like pens, tire pressure gauges, or maps.

I'm a bit of a clean freak, so my car trunk usually looks like a showroom. This organizer has helped me take it to the next level. Everything has its place now. However, I do wish it came in a lighter color option besides black. My car has a light gray interior, and the black organizer sticks out a bit.
