Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?

Are shipping fees refundable?

Overall, these protectors are effective. They adhere well and do a good job of keeping my furniture safe from scratches. My biggest complaint is that they are quite visible, which detracts from the look of my couch. But despite their visibility, they do keep my couch looking new. I would recommend them to anyone with cats, but be aware that they may be noticeable.
