Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

This Owleys board is fantastic! It's sturdy, stylish, and my cat uses it all the time. My only issue is that the cardboard on the edges started to fray a bit sooner than I expected. Perhaps reinforcing the edges could improve its durability.
My cat loves to sleep and scratch on this Owleys board! The only downside is that it's a bit difficult to clean cat hair out of the corrugated cardboard. Maybe a slightly smoother surface would make cleaning easier.
Bought this as a "get well soon" gift for my friend's cat who had surgery. She said it's been a great distraction during his recovery and he loves lounging on it. It's also lightweight, so she can easily move it around to keep him company.
Finally, a scratching post that doesn't look like an eyesore in my living room! The Owleys scratcher is sleek and modern, and my cat took to it right away. Plus, it's holding up really well to her constant scratching.

This Owleys board is a great scratcher! It's sturdy and my cat uses it frequently. My only complaint is that it's a bit lightweight, so it slides around on my hardwood floors when she gets really into scratching. Maybe adding some rubber grips to the bottom would help.
Saw this scratcher on Instagram and thought it looked perfect for my niece's new kitten. She sent me a video of the kitten pouncing and playing on it - it was the cutest thing! Apparently, it's also helped her kitten learn to use a scratching post instead of her furniture. Aunt of the year award, here I come!
I was worried my cat wouldn't be interested, but she loves this thing! She scratches it, sleeps on it, and even uses it to play. It's hilarious and adorable.
