Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?

This cat tree is pretty great, but I do wish it was a little taller. My cat loves to climb, and I think he'd appreciate a higher vantage point.

My senior cat, Whiskers, can't jump as high as he used to, so I was worried he wouldn't be able to use a cat tree. But this one is perfect! He can easily access the lower levels and still enjoys lounging on the platforms.
Live in a tiny apartment, and this cat tree is a lifesaver! It gives my cat a place to climb and play without taking up too much space. Plus, it looks way better than those carpet-covered monstrosities.
Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. The only suggestion I have is to add some non-slip pads to the bottom. It slides around a bit on my hardwood floors.
This is a fantastic cat tree for the price. My only complaint is that it's a bit of a dust magnet. I find myself having to vacuum it quite often.
Definitely recommend this for anyone with a playful cat! It provides hours of entertainment.
