• – Due to the nature of these items—whether they are discontinued, used, or overstock—we cannot offer refunds.

• – For California customers: You’re eligible for our special discount when you choose the pick-up option at our warehouse! This is our way of saying thank you for shopping locally. Simply select “Pick-Up” at checkout, and enjoy the extra savings!

• – For customers outside of California: We’ll apply standard shipping and processing costs to your order, so please note that delivery charges will be added at checkout.

Pick-Up at the Warehouse:

• – Once your clearance item is ready for pick-up, you will receive a pick-up shipment number.

• – You will also receive the warehouse worker phone number to schedule the pick-up.

• – Please ensure you bring your pick-up shipment number with you when collecting your item at the warehouse.
