What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?

These are the best-looking car storage organizers on the market! I was unsure about the sturdiness, but they exceeded my expectations. Once put together, they are very strong and hold quite a bit of weight. Helps keep everything organized and prevents items from moving in the back of my SUV. Highly recommend!
No assembly instructions included, but the video helped. With some trial and error, they went together well. Once assembled, these car organizers for trunk look and work great. Almost like fine luggage. Nicely shaped, generously sized, and convenient for accessing items.
This trunk organizer was the perfect size for my smaller SUV, Buick Encore GX. It’s sturdy, and I like that you can use the divider to make three compartments. This will be so helpful for grocery shopping.
I haven't had this trunk organizer long enough to comment on durability. I like the build. The size is just right for my SUV, not too big or small. Yes, I would recommend it.
We just purchased another new vehicle and kept having issues with our groceries sliding all over the back hatch. After reviewing several options, we decided on this one and couldn’t be happier. This has been a great option; our groceries stay in place and make loading and unloading much easier than before. Plus, we don’t have to worry about anything rolling around anymore. The cooler compartment is a bonus.
This thing is big. Check the measurements and measure your car; it won’t fit on a back seat floorboard. Good construction, and I like the magnetic closing clasps.
I am a neat freak, and one of the issues I had with buying a new car was how messy the trunk would get. I got this organizer, and I love it. It’s not big, so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. No more fear that things will spill or fall in the trunk. My favorite.
I love this cargo organizer. It cleaned up the mess in my trunk. I'm an orderly person, so the mess drove me nuts. I store reusable grocery bags, windshield washer fluid, and a jug of Tide for laundromat runs. It looks nice but is a little pricey. I deducted one star for the price.
