What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

I was worried this would be too big for my trunk, but it fits perfectly and looks fantastic. I pushed it to the back, and there's still plenty of room left. It's great for hiding and compacting everything usually thrown into the trunk, like snow brushes, emergency supplies, and detailing products. I love the pattern and the magnetic lid. Most trunk organizers don’t even have a lid to hide your stuff. The only downside is the lack of instructions. It took some effort, but I eventually figured out how to attach all the Velcro. I am very happy with this item and highly recommend it.
It fits a ton of stuff in each compartment, easy to fold and unfold. It comes with a lid and is sturdy. Could be a bit more robust for the price, but still better than others I've tried.
I'm a huge fan of tidiness and organization, so this trunk organizer is a great solution for me. I love that all the essentials in my trunk are safely concealed and out of the way. The design is great. It fits right in and looks nice. The partitions can be adjusted to make the compartments larger or smaller. The surface could get scratched if I carelessly toss stuff on top, but with standard use, it should be fine. The magnetic lid closure works unless something inside is a bit too bulky. The lid is slightly angled, making the rear a bit taller than the front. If you put something boxy inside, it can’t be taller than the shortest edge. Assembly was tricky without instructions but not impossible. I referred back to the listing and figured it out. The Velcro assembly makes me question its sturdiness, but once it’s in place, I don’t plan on moving it. It should be fine just sitting there.
I love how organized my trunk is with this. I used crates before, but this is better. It has anti-slip pads, so it doesn’t move. Love the cover. Plenty of room for my jumper cables and other things, yet it still fits my trunk.
Spacious trunk organizer with Velcro assembly. Not for heavy items but good for basics. Works fine for my needs.
