Spare bags, a small towel, and our terrier's lead now stay together instead of disappearing around the car. The door panels are handy when picking him up from the sitter because getting him aboard doesn't involve undoing a zipper first. When friends need the back seat, the whole thing folds flat for storage. Carry handles make moving it into the garage less awkward than expected. The patterned material also looks nice enough that there's no rush to remove it between dog outings. For a Bronco Sport that handles errands, visitors, and an energetic little passenger, it's been a useful addition

The firm bottom is what makes this worth having for our broad shouldered bulldog. He likes to sit for the first few minutes, then stretch out once we're on the highway. With the old fabric hammock, changing positions meant stepping into a sagging section and starting over. This platform gives him a more even place to arrange himself. The mesh opening lets him keep us in view without standing up constantly. Getting his harness connection through the belt opening takes a moment, but we can leave the cover installed while doing it. Thanks!

Costs more than we'd planned to spend, so expectations were pretty high. The cover did not disappoint tho.
It's a great dog seat cover!! Our pointer came back with mud up to his elbows and immediately made himself comfortable in the Bronco Sport. The waterproof fabric kept the dampness off the upholstery, while the extended sides caught the dirt from his feet getting aboard. Once home, we let the mud dry before vacuuming it up and wiping the remaining spots. A little debris still reached the floor during unloading, so it hasn't eliminated cleaning entirely. It has made the biggest mess much easier to deal with. Now a questionable weather forecast doesn't automatically mean leaving the dog behind:)
