Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.

How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Okay, this chair is super comfy and feels really well-made. My one complaint? It's a bit on the heavy side. Maybe some lighter-weight materials could be used without sacrificing durability? Still, definitely beats those flimsy chairs!

Sent this chair to my son at college – he’s always hanging out outside with friends. He reports back that it’s the most popular seat in the quad! All his buddies are jealous. Only downside is now everyone wants to borrow it, and he’s worried about it getting "borrowed" permanently! Might need to get him a lock for it. 😂
This chair is like a portable armchair, I love it! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it's a bit of a pain to fold up the first few times. Maybe some clearer instructions or a video tutorial would help? Once you get the hang of it, it's great though!
Bought two of these chairs for my sister and her husband – they’re big campers. They took them out last weekend, and she sent me a picture of them lounging by the fire, looking ridiculously comfy. Said it was the best night’s sleep they’ve had camping in ages! Only downside – they take up a bit more space in the car, but they’re not complaining much.
Is it possible to be too comfortable in a camping chair? Because I think I’ve reached peak comfort with this Goliath. Seriously, don’t hesitate, just buy it! You won't regret it. 😎
