Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?

How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Great little costume for holiday photos with our fur baby ❤️ The fabric feels soft and doesn’t shed fuzz like cheaper outfits
The pumpkin design turned our baby lab into the star of the block on Halloween night. The fabric is breathable, so he didn’t get overheated even with all the excitement. It slips on quickly and the straps are adjustable enough to fit comfortably. Photos came out amazing — bright orange looks fantastic against his black fur. Lots of compliments from neighbors and kids at the door. This pet costume will definitely come out every October!

This pet costume got my corgi more attention than anything else this fall 🎃 The material feels soft but sturdy, and the velcro makes it simple to put on and take off. She wore it to a charity dog walk and seemed completely comfortable the whole time. The vibrant orange really pops in photos. It’s festive yet functional, which is rare for costumes. Everyone kept asking where it came from!!
Cute pumpkin outfit that fits well, but the sizing runs slightly small. Our corgi still looked adorable, just a bit snug in the chest area. The costume itself is soft and not stiff like some other pet costumes. We only used it for photos and handing out candy, so it worked out great. For bigger-bodied dogs, going up a size might be smart. Great choice if you want holiday spirit without complicated accessories.

The pumpkin look is hilarious on my bulldog and surprisingly comfy for him. Easy to slip on before heading out and gets attention instantly.
