Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?

How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

The combination of lace and pumpkin detailing gives such a charming seasonal look!!! It’s extremely lightweight, so you almost forget your pet is wearing it. We used it during a fall photo session and got tons of compliments from fellow pet parents. It adjusts smoothly and felt secure without tightness. After a bit of curious sniffing and play, nothing tore or frayed. Definitely a fun addition to his costume collection 💖
Festive and cute
Wanted something festive but light for my small dog during Halloween events, and this collar fit the bill. The breathable material meant she stayed comfortable even when walking under the street lamps. The fit was easy to adjust, though the ends of the ribbon could fray a bit if tugged. During one outing she got curious and rubbed against a fence — a few threads loosened, but nothing serious. It definitely added charm to her outfit, and she seemed proud to wear it:)
Used this for a quick pumpkin patch photoshoot and the results were precious. The lace pattern adds just enough flair for the season.
