What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Installed the dog hammock for Accord yesterday and already glad we did. The build quality feels premium: heavy-duty fabrics, reinforced edges, and all the dog hair stayed on the surface rather than embedding in the seats. On a stopover lunch we left the pup in the car briefly and when we got back the interior still looked spotless. Isn’t often that a pet accessory earns compliments from non-dog friends, but this one did. Strong recommendation for anyone who takes their dog along in the car often.
We’re frequent road trippers in our Accord with our two spaniels, and this hammock style cover absolutely delivers. The six-layer rugged build felt sturdy when our dogs jumped in after hiking. The detachable side flaps allowed us to convert it for gear in the trunk area too when the pups were out. Has quickly become a standard part of our travel kit. Also appreciated the eco-friendly recycled PVC and the strong stitching. Thumbs up for including harness slots and anti-slip base 😊

Finally found a dog seat cover for our Accord that doesn’t feel cheap. The dog hammock for Accord uses 600D Oxford cloth combined with foam and recycled materials, giving it a tough surface without making the ride feel rigid for the dog. During one long drive the dog settled down more comfortably than before. The modern colour combo matches the interior so it doesn’t scream “pet accessory.” Setup took two minutes and the vacuum removed shed fur easily after our beach trip. Totally worth it.

Good protection and quality materials, arrived in 3 days. It handles hairs, drool, and dirt without staining the seats. Happy with my order!
It does the job very well but takes a bit of adjusting to get the corners smooth. Still, it keeps my husky’s fur off the seats and stays in place on sharp turns
