We travel a lot with our very enthusiastic Australian shepherd:) Loading him is less of a juggling act with the side panels attached to the doors instead of needing to be unzipped every time. The storage pockets also give his leash and spare waste bags a designated spot. That sounds minor until you’re standing in a parking lot searching through three different bags... When relatives visit, the cover folds flat and the handles make it easier to carry into the garage. It needs more storage room than a thin seat liner, so we cleared a spot on a shelf. But having a predictable routine for switching between dog outings and passengers has been the biggest benefit for us. Great seat cover for Wrangler!

The difference became obvious when our big boy finally lay down during a drive to my parents’ place. His previous seat cover dipped under his weight, and he spent half the trip trying to find somewhere comfortable and we had to get something sturdier. The rigid bottom of this Jeep seat cover gives him a level resting area that doesn’t gather around his legs. There’s enough traction for him to reposition without scrabbling at the fabric. We connect his separate travel harness through the belt openings before leaving. Getting the setup adjusted was easier with him outside the Jeep, so that’s worth doing ahead of time. And the headrest straps are strong! Totally recommend!
