We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);

How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:

Purchased these for our CanAm X3 to enhance our trail riding experience with high-mounted lights. The added bonus of the control module integrating turn signals, brake lights, and hazard flashers is a game-changer. Connecting the turn signals was a breeze after reaching out to the manufacturer for guidance on wiring specifics. A quick email to Corbin resulted in a prompt response complete with helpful visuals. Overall, we are impressed with the performance of the lights, remote control, and Android app.
I rely on these lights for my job, as they provide visibility inside my golf cart and make me more noticeable to other vehicles and guests. The heavy-duty construction gives me peace of mind that they won't break easily. Additionally, the lights make it simple for me to complete paperwork at night. Installation is a breeze, and I can disconnect the whips in just 30 seconds for safe storage. Overall, these lights have proven to be an invaluable tool in enhancing my work performance.
Shipping was incredibly quick. The lights are so bright that my friend asked me to turn them off. Unfortunately, after 2.5 months they suddenly stopped working. I had to order an on/off switch because the lights would turn on by themselves every 5 hours. Now I'm on my third control box in a year - the first one would light up randomly, the second only allowed green lights and the remote and app didn't work at all. Hopefully, this third control box will be more reliable.
I initially tried the taillight wiring method, but I would advise against it as the wire for one side either ran across the heat shield or needed to be cut and extended (which is not recommended). Ultimately, I purchased two single lighted whips and two taillight wiring harnesses. This solution kept the wires tight and allowed them to pair with the same remote, resulting in a perfect setup.
I have tried several different whip light setups, some of which were more costly, but this kit has become my favorite. The installation process is simple and easy to follow. The whips themselves are sturdy and well-crafted, although they are slightly more rigid than I would prefer. While the remote control is a convenient feature, all of the buttons are uniform in shape and size, making it difficult to make adjustments while riding. It would be beneficial if the layout of the remote was redesigned to aid in muscle memory. Although I appreciate the patterns available, I do wish there were a greater variety to choose from. Despite these minor drawbacks, overall I am pleased with this kit. One notable aspect is that unlike other pricier setups I have used, there have been no strange occurrences such as patterns changing on their own or interference causing erratic lighting when near other bikes with whip lights.
Installation was a breeze - I managed to do it on my own. However, the brightness of the lights is severely lacking. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this product and will be looking for an alternative. The flags that were included ripped during their first use, even though they weren't hit by anything. The remote control provided feels very cheap, and the instructions are poorly translated making it difficult to understand them. The color choices are limited compared to other similar products on the market.
I appreciate the vibrant lights and colors, however, I encountered difficulty in separating them. Despite their intended design to be easily detachable, once assembled on my RZR, they became locked together and refused to release.
