What countries are you delivering to?

We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.

Can you ship my order to a business address?

Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.

Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?

Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.

Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?

Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?

Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.

Refunds & Returns

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?

Are shipping fees refundable?

  • - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
  • - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
