Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

The cover fits perfectly in my Mazda CX-5! With two dogs, it's crucial to have something that is scratch resistant and easy to clean. After a day at the muddy park, all it needs is a quick wipe to be ready for errands or the next trip. And the upholstery stays all clean underneath. Thanks!
The cover actually looks as good as the pictures!
we got this a month ago. this dog seat cover cover is super practical for weekend adventures and it's a nice fit for our CX5
It's a great dog seat cover for Mazda! I actually didn't think we'd use the storage pockets much, but they've become the designated spot for everything our spaniel needs at training class. The clicker, reward pouch, and spare lead finally have a home instead of disappearing somewhere in the glove box. When not in use, the cover folds down so we can put it away when relatives visit. Having handles makes carrying it into the house less awkward than wrestling with our previous bulky setup. The brown trim also goes soooo nicely with our Mazda's interior, which was a pleasant surprise. It's the sort of purchase you appreciate more once it becomes part of your routine:) Thanks!
the door attachments make enters much less of a production comparing to our old Travel Buddy hammock... no wrestling with a zipper while an excited poodle tries to climb aboard! this version is totally worth it!
No fur embedded in the seats? YES please 🙌
Getting all the straps and panels adjusted in our Mazda took a little patience the first time. The quality is great tho.
Bought this dog seat cover for our Mazda CX5 because our stocky bulldog never seemed comfortable on his old flimsy hammock. With this one, the bottom doesn't dip beneath him when he changes positions. He can turn around and pick a spot without getting tangled in loose material. The mesh window is also a nice touch since he likes to keep an eye on whoever is driving. His harness connection is accessible through the belt openings, so there's no need to pull the whole thing aside before leaving. Now he spends most of the ride snoring loudly enough to compete with the radio. Thanks!
