Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

I travel a lot with my dogs, and before I got this cargo liner my trunk was constantly a mess — mud, hair, and claw marks everywhere. Since using it, I don’t really worry about that stuff anymore. My dogs jump in and out after hikes or park runs and the liner just handles it without any issues.
One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to fold. When I need the trunk space for something else, I can quickly fold part of it away and still keep some protection in place. It’s also been super easy to clean. A couple of times the dogs came back completely muddy, and instead of stressing about it I just tossed the liner in the washing machine.
I also like that I can still use my split seats when needed. Sometimes I fold one seat down for extra cargo while the dogs stay on the other side, and it works perfectly without having to remove everything.
Another thing I noticed is that it stays in place really well. Even on bumpy roads or when the dogs are moving around, it doesn’t slide or bunch up.
Overall, traveling with my dogs feels a lot less stressful now. I can focus on the trip instead of worrying about the state of my car. 👍
