How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?

I recently took up Pickleball a few weeks ago and chose this set based on its excellent reviews and suitability for beginners and intermediates. This paddle is perfect for beginners! I didn't scrutinize the listing too much, so I was thrilled to discover it included both indoor and outdoor balls. The only downside is the bag's strap length—it's adjusted to its maximum, yet it's still too short to wear on the shoulder or hold comfortably. This might not be an issue for most, but it's a bit of a hassle for me since I walk a mile to and from the courts after work. I'll probably replace the bag when I find a better one. Aside from that, the paddles are fantastic for casual play with friends and coworkers.
