How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:
- A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I recently took up Pickleball a few weeks ago and chose this set based on its excellent reviews and suitability for beginners and intermediates. While some have mentioned that the balls aren't top-tier outdoor quality, I haven't noticed any difference myself—those remarks seem to come from others. This paddle is perfect for beginners! I didn't scrutinize the listing too much, so I was thrilled to discover it included both indoor and outdoor balls. The only downside is the bag's strap length—it's adjusted to its maximum, yet it's still too short to wear on the shoulder or hold comfortably. This might not be an issue for most, but it's a bit of a hassle for me since I walk a mile to and from the courts after work. I'll probably replace the bag when I find a better one. Aside from that, the paddles are fantastic for casual play with friends and coworkers.
