We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:
- A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

How can I return products for a refund or replacement?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are made at your expense under the following circumstances:
- The product is as described, but you’re not satisfied with it for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like its color or size);
- The product arrived as described but was broken due to your fault (during improper installation or use);
- The product arrived damaged due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. package damaged by a natural disaster).

The reviews on this made me a little worried, but I purchased it anyway. It came in about a week even though the ship date was a month away. I just filled up all four of my car tires and it worked great. My only complaint is that the instructions were entirely in Chinese. Doesn’t really matter though because you don’t need instructions for it...pretty easy to use. Other than that it’s a great little pump. Very satisfied. Not sure what the other reviewers on here are talking about.
Product does what it advertises. Some people complain it's too bulky. It's not small but it's smaller than any air compressor I have ever used. Easy to hide in your car. It works fine for filling my car tires from 18psi up to 35psi. The only thing worth noting in terms of reliability is it gets warm and sometimes hot. Summer weather of 90° I used it a couple times and it got pretty hot. But it hasn't broken yet! I've been using it for about a year now and it hasn't let me down! Colder weather this product barely even gets warm.
I'll classify this as a luxury/convenience gadget. I use this for my bike and electric scooter. Really handy to make sure I have consistent tire pressure across both wheels. If you're trying to travel as light as possible, this will be a bit heavy and bulky to bring along, but if you plan to go with a backpack on then this is a great pump to bring with you. It also doubles as a tire pressure gauge as well. This plus some tire sealant or patches will make a flat easier to deal with

This is pretty simple. It works just as advertised. Set the pressure you want, connect it to the valve, hit the start button, walk away. It inflates while you are doing something else, and has consistently been within one PSI of what my usual gauge says. It's not very fast, but since you can walk away from it who cares? It's also reasonably quiet, unlike some other pumps I have heard. It's not really a necessity for anybody, but it is one handy gadget.

Feels and looks like good quality. Display is bright and buttons are responsive. Good weight but not too heavy, portable and rechargeable. This item is very compact yet works very well. You can easily put several pounds of pressure into all 4 tires without running out of power. The unit is set to the pounds of pressure that you want and then stops when it reaches that number. I bought a second one for my son.
