What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.

For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Good overall, though slightly heavier than expected. Still, it’s very stable and well-built. Works well for long sitting sessions without feeling uncomfortable
excellent addition to my camping setup! took it on a 2-week trip and used it daily without any issues. chair doesn’t sink into soft soil like some do and the sturdy frame inspires confidence! even after hours of sitting in it there’s no discomfort which isn’t always the case with portable chairs.... plus it packs up effortlessly and is easy to store in the trunk without taking up too much space. my car is small so it's a huge thing for me! definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys hiking, camping, or just spending time outdoors!
Surprisingly sturdy for how lightweight it is. The breathable fabric makes a big difference on warm days, and the wooden armrests feel much nicer than plastic. Folds up easily and doesn’t take much space in the trunk. 5 stars from me for this one!
Nice chair, but wish it could be backpacked for hiking
This chair does what it’s supposed to. The frame feels sturdy, and the fabric is breathable enough to be comfortable. The wooden armrests are a decent touch, better than plastic ones. It folds up quickly and doesn’t take much space in the car, which is convenient. Tried it on different surfaces, and it stayed stable. Seems like a decent choice if you need a basic, reliable camping chair.

Took this chair on a road trip through multiple national parks, and it exceeded expectations!! First, I love how it looks. Second, it's super easy to use! folds down neatly and doesn’t take up much room in the car. The fabric feels solid,and the frame also holds up well even with repeated use. Whether sitting by the lake or at a campsite, the support and stability is impressive. Definitely one of the best portable outdoor chairs tried so far
