How much does shipping cost?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our Fulfillment Center in California by UPS and USPS.
What countries are you delivering to?
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
What about custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that you may get custom fees when the packages arrive to your country.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
When will I get my tracking number?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number within 2-5 business days after placing the order. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, so you’ll receive several tracking numbers for each package.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbor.
