What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Refunds & Returns
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

My grandpa refuses to drive anything but a pickup truck. His old cover was ripped and falling apart, so we got him this one as a surprise. He grumbled a bit during the installation (he’s old-school), but now he won’t stop talking about how much he likes it. Says it's "slicker than a greased pig." Whatever that means.
This tonneau cover is definitely an upgrade from my old one. It's much more secure, and the roll-up design is convenient. However, I wish the rails were a bit more low-profile. They stick up a bit higher than I expected, and it takes away from the sleek look of the truck just a tad. 🧐
I’m impressed! Got this for my '08 Sierra and it fits like a glove. The install was a breeze, no tools needed. And the built-in light? Genius! Makes loading up at night so much easier.
The cover itself is great. Heavy-duty material, easy to install, and it keeps everything dry. But the latch lock system is a little finicky. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it to lock properly. A more robust locking mechanism would make this product perfect. 🔒
My boss needed a new cover for his work truck, and since I’m always looking for brownie points, I volunteered to find one. He hasn’t said much about it, but I did see him rolling it up and down the other day with a satisfied look on his face. In boss-speak, that means he approves.
This cover is awesome! Seriously, it was super easy to put on, even I could do it! Keeps my stuff dry and looks sharp. My Silverado's never looked so good. Definitely recommend! 👍🏼
I like the cover, it definitely does the job of protecting my cargo. The roll-up mechanism is smooth, and the material seems durable. However, the tailgate seal isn't as tight as I'd like. I've noticed a little bit of dust getting in after driving on dirt roads. Maybe a thicker seal would solve that? 🤷♂️
Gifted this to my significant other because they use their truck bed constantly, for everything from hauling kayaks to bringing home groceries. They appreciated the thought, but weren't thrilled about the installation. They said the clamps were a bit fiddly. However, once it was on, they admitted it was pretty useful. So, mixed reviews from that corner!
