What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:
- A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
All our products are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please send us an email on the Contact Us page or contact us at support@owleys.com and we will refund your purchase price.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, of course, you can! Simply use the Contact Us form to discuss the details, and we'll help you out.
How can I return products for a refund or replacement?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a replacement or refund. Please note that returns are made at your expense under the following circumstances:
- The product is as described, but you’re not satisfied with it for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like its color or size);
- The product arrived as described but was broken due to your fault (during improper installation or use);
- The product arrived damaged due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. package damaged by a natural disaster).
Please contact us to help you process your return and complete all the necessary steps. Do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us and receiving feedback from us!

I've used this lantern several times now and it's held up really well. Seems like it'll last for years.
This lantern was a lifesaver during a recent power outage. My whole apartment building lost power, but thanks to this little guy, I was able to navigate around and even read a book. Definitely worth having on hand for emergencies!
The Owleys Sun Glow Lantern is a solid choice for camping. It's reliable and provides good light. My only suggestion would be to include a battery level indicator. It's hard to tell how much charge is left, which can be a bit inconvenient.
We used these Owleys lanterns on our last camping trip and they were fantastic! Bright enough for card games and easy to hang in the tent. Definitely recommend!
I love the idea of a solar-powered lantern, and this one does a decent job. However, I noticed that the charging time is significantly longer on cloudy days. It's something to keep in mind if you're camping somewhere without guaranteed sunshine.
I was looking for a lantern that wasn't too bulky to pack in my suitcase for a trip to Africa. This one was perfect!
I'm not a big fan of camping, but this lantern made it a little more enjoyable. 😉
