What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. The tent is spacious and easy to use. My only gripe is that the color (grey) shows dirt and stains easily. Perhaps offering it in a darker color option would be more practical for camping.
The tent itself is spacious, and we appreciated the doors and screened windows. It's a good value for the money, and we plan to use it again!
We had a great time camping with this tent, and it held up well in windy conditions. However, the carrying bag could be improved. It's a bit too small, making it a struggle to pack the tent back in. A slightly larger bag would make packing up much easier.
This tent was easy to assemble and disassemble. It has lots of windows for cross-ventilation, and we loved the panel that separates the tent from the back of my Jeep. A very good product for the price
Very well-made and easy for one person to set up. The first time took about 15 minutes, and the next time was down to 10 minutes. There's plenty of room inside, and it attaches securely to the car.
This tent is great for stargazing! The large windows provide amazing views. However, I wish there was a way to cover them completely for privacy when needed. Perhaps adding some curtains or flaps would be a good solution.
We assembled this tent in under six minutes. We'll use it both as a standalone tent when we take our truck and boat out and attach it to my little Hyundai Santa Fe when not using the boat. I appreciate the dual opposing doors for ventilation. Since there was no wind, we didn't stake the tent down, but it felt quite sturdy. Unfortunately, there's no ceiling hanger for an overhead camp light, but that's what the SUV hatch is for. We used this tent in two different locations over a three-day weekend, and it packed up easily 👍
This tent is great for car camping, and I love the screen room for bug protection. However, I wish it had more storage pockets inside. We ended up having to pile our stuff on the floor, which wasn't ideal. Adding a few more pockets would make a big difference in organization.
