Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Am I eligible for a refund?

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address).
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

What an ingenious design!! 👍 Finding enough room for two adults and a large dog is not always easy, but this tent handled it surprisingly well! The interior felt open enough to move around without constantly bumping into gear. Large windows allowed plenty of fresh air while still keeping bugs outside where they belong. After several trips on gravel roads and rough campsites, the materials continue to look durable and dependable. The ability to attach directly to the vehicle added a sense of security during overnight stays in unfamiliar locations. Packing everything away the next morning was less complicated than many camping shelters used in the past. It has quickly earned a permanent spot in the adventure kit. Thanks!
Fits my Highlander nicely and the bug screen actually works
A recent fishing trip along the coast provided the ideal opportunity to try this tent for the first time... Strong wind coming off the water caused concerns at first, but the tent remained stable. The additional shade around the vehicle was appreciated during the hottest part of the day. There was plenty of room to organize tackle boxes, boots, and camping supplies without creating clutter. To my surprise, several neighboring campers stopped by to ask about the setup! The attention to detail shows in small things like the door layout and interior storage options. For any camper, this tent brings a level of convenience thats hard to give up afterward

Camping with teenagers usually means bringing far more equipment than expected, and the extra space made a noticeable difference. Sleeping bags, coolers, backpacks, and folding chairs all had designated places instead of being piled on top of each other. The tent created a comfortable gathering area for card games and meals when the weather turned chilly. One feature that stood out was how easily the vehicle could be accessed without stepping outside. The fabric feels sturdy and the zippers operate smoothly without snagging. Even after repeated setup and takedown sessions, everything still fits back into the storage bag. Family outings have become much more enjoyable now:)
