We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Very well-made and easy for one person to set up. The first time took about 15 minutes, and the next time was down to 10 minutes. There's plenty of room inside, and it attaches securely to the car.
We assembled this tent in under six minutes. We'll use it both as a standalone tent when we take our truck and boat out and attach it to my little Hyundai Santa Fe when not using the boat. I appreciate the dual opposing doors for ventilation. Since there was no wind, we didn't stake the tent down, but it felt quite sturdy. Unfortunately, there's no ceiling hanger for an overhead camp light, but that's what the SUV hatch is for. We used this tent in two different locations over a three-day weekend, and it packed up easily 👍

Setting up this tent alone can be tricky, especially in windy conditions, but once it's up, it's a great addition to the back of my truck. It provides shelter from the weather and keeps belongings out of sight. It's also a convenient spot for getting dressed or placing a porta-potty in public campgrounds. The aluminum poles are sturdy, albeit quite long. The tent feels robust and well-constructed.
I typically don't write reviews, but I couldn't resist sharing how well this tent performed during a torrential rainstorm. In our 60s, we've moved on from ground sleeping, but these "attach-to-car" tents intrigued us. It fit perfectly on our Toyota Matrix without a roof rack, comfortably accommodating two of us with an inflatable mattress designed around the wheel wells. It wasn't my first choice, but the tent I wanted was out of stock, so we reluctantly settled on this one. I was apprehensive due to the limited reviews and a misleading video review claiming difficult setup. However, we found it easy, taking about 10 minutes with two of us. Setting it up alone might be a challenge, though. During our camping trip, we endured a nine-hour rainstorm with no leaks whatsoever. We didn't prep the seams as advised, and with the elastic around the car, we expected some leakage, but it stayed completely dry. The two-door awnings allowed us to keep the windows open despite the muggy weather. I recommend using a ground tarp, which likely contributed to our success, along with camping on a sandy site. Nearby campers packed up as their tents couldn't withstand the wind and rain, while we watched movies comfortably. We love this tent. It's spacious with a couple of interior pockets. The only improvement I'd suggest is adding a loop at the top for hanging a lantern, though that might compromise the seam. Plus, you can zip it up and drive away, leaving the tent freestanding. This setup is ideal for older folks like us who can't manage a trailer or RV but want a low-cost, upscale camping experience.
This camping tent is awesome so far. We are thrilled to extend our sleeping and living area to our SUV. The tent appears well-made, and we're excited to put it through its paces.
