Perfect Tesla dog seat cover. White upholstery and a dog who loves the lake are a questionable combination, but here we are... Toweling him off only gets so much water out of that coat before he climbs into the Model X. This cover catches the dampness and sandy paw prints that would otherwise have us reaching for upholstery cleaner. The extended fabric around the seat edges is particularly useful during his enthusiastic entrance. Once home, we let the mess dry, vacuum up the grit, and wipe down the remaining marks. Sand still gets tracked elsewhere in the cabin, so there’s some cleanup left to do. Being able to say yes to an impromptu swim without worrying through the entire return trip makes this worthwhile.
The trim looks surprisingly tasteful inside our Tesla, and the seams are neatly finished.We love it.
Most Saturdays involve transporting a foster dog to an adoption event, so our Tesla sees a rotating cast of passengers. Some curl up immediately, while others want to watch every person walking past the car. The mesh opening lets the front passenger check on them without having to lean around constantly. Treats and wipes stay in the storage pockets, which helps when the morning is already hectic. Between dogs, having removable panels for a more thorough wash is a useful feature. There are a few pieces to put back afterward, so we usually handle that the evening before an event. It’s become part of the weekend routine right alongside packing the adoption paperwork. Our poodle comes along on drives to visit our son at college, and those trips involve plenty of charging stops. The firm base gives her somewhere to stretch out between breaks instead of balancing on a sagging piece of fabric. She can change positions without the whole hammock bunching underneath her. At each stop, having the leash tucked into a pocket saves us from searching under luggage while she waits impatiently. We use a separate harness for traveling, so access to the belt connection was important. Getting everything positioned before packing the car made the first outing much easier. By the drive home, she had claimed the back as her personal nap zone. Thanks!
