Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?

Are shipping fees refundable?

I've been using the Owleys 'Pooch Pouch' for a week now, and overall, it's been quite handy. It's definitely made dog walks easier, as I don't have to stuff my pockets . The waist strap is adjustable and fits comfortably. The bag holds enough supplies for our walks, but I wish there was some kind of a carabiner clip for attaching keys or a refillable water bottle. That would take this product from good to perfect. Nevertheless, it's a decent product that serves its purpose well 👍
