We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:

- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.

Hello to all dog parents! I will share my experience using this back seat dog seat cover. As for the pros - it looks stylish, it’s sturdy, waterproof, and it does not slip on leather seats. BUT - it doesn't fit my BMW as well as I would like. I have model X5 40i for reference.
I cannot say enough good things about this back seat dog seat cover! I love it. The material is top-quality, waterproof, and well-sewn. The installation process was straightforward, and it fits perfectly in my Corolla. Out of everything I've tried before, this is the best pet cover. In addition to great quality, I would like to highlight the very stylish look. In fact, this was why I decided to buy this particular cover, and I did not regret it. The pockets are also handy for keeping feeding bowls and other pet supplies. Thank you!
A nice quality back seat dog seat cover. It's made of high-quality material that is both durable and comfy for my dog, which is the most important point for me. I am happy I no longer have to worry about hair and dirt staining my car's upholstery. The cover is also very easy to wash (I use a damp cloth as recommended and a lint roller for hair), making it convenient for longer trips. Based on my personal experience, I definitely recommend this cover to any driving pet parent like me.

It doesn't fit my car properly and is too big for my Clubman Mini. I didn't get a chance to test it properly on the road, and my dog felt uncomfortable on it because it was too large and unstable. It didn't work for me, and I had to return it.
