How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order until it has been shipped. If you have paid for an order and need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.
Can I get a refund if something is wrong with my order?
Within 30 days of receiving the purchase, you can ask us for:
- A full refund if the product wasn't delivered (I.e. the shipping company received the product from us, but did not deliver it to the customer);
- A full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

This dog seat extender is a significant upgrade from my previous one due to its solid base! I appreciate the durability. The extender serves its purpose well and my dog feels comfortable on it too. Recommended.
My main issue with the product is that my dog easily jumps into the floorboard and then up into the seat, making it difficult for me to lift her into the vehicle due to her anxiety issues. It's quite a challenge trying to maneuver a 65lb bulldog into the back seat while bending over and forward. Each time we put her in the car, we have to go through the process of unbuckling, unzipping, folding, unfolding, zipping, and buckling one side of the extender. It would be helpful if the "flaps" on each end had more support like the base does so that they could bridge the gap between her stairs and back seat without much effort. I plan on adding this support myself as an upgrade for our specific situation. Having this option included in future versions of this product would be greatly appreciated.

The front seat headrest clips of this solid foam backseat extender are made of metal while the back seat headrest clips are not, which is a bit puzzling. Perhaps it was done to cut costs or maybe the metal clips were getting too hot in the sun. Without insight into the manufacturer's decision-making process, one can only speculate. It seems like it wouldn't have been much more expensive to make all the clips metal, and I believe that metal clips would be safer and longer-lasting.
This back seat extender fits my 2010 Ford Fusion perfectly after measuring before purchasing. We used the measuring tape to gauge the dimensions of the product inside the vehicle, which worked out well. I appreciate that you can fold up one side and still use the extender if needed for someone in the back seat. However, when folded, parts of it are not completely out of the way and it becomes thicker than when unfolded. Despite this, it is manageable in a pinch. Additionally, it comes with its own storage bag for easy removal and installation as needed by simply tossing it in the trunk.
The extender has provided ample space for my 65lb English Bulldog, supporting her weight without any issues so far. The seams are well-made and the mesh in the center allows for good air flow. While there isn't much cushioning, adding a blanket or bed easily solves this problem. My dog is thrilled with the extra room as she was previously cramped in the seat that wasn't wide enough for her to comfortably move around. I am eager to see how sturdy it remains over time as we've only had it for 3 weeks. Additionally, I appreciate that the design takes into consideration an English Bulldog's sensitivity to temperature changes.

The addition of a zipper on the front seat is fantastic as it allows for customization based on your needs, which was a crucial feature for me. Unlike most brands that lack zippers or offer only one option, this product provides versatility. I even purchased a high-quality bathroom rug to place on top, which fits perfectly and adds an extra layer of security and comfort for my dog, preventing her from sliding around. In fact, I liked it so much that I bought another one for my second car. Overall, this is a great product that ensures the safety of your dog by preventing them from falling off the seat.
