What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.

For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Finally, something that blends well with a luxury BMW interior and stands up to claws, dirt, and hair. The hard bottom is a game changer for our dogs — way more supportive for anxious pups like ours. Love love love this BMW dog cover 😍 Took our German shepherd on a weekend winery trip and she was cozy the whole time. I’m picky about how things look in my car, it blends in really well with the interior. The hard bottom actually keeps her from sliding around when we go up winding hills. It also folds flat when not in use, which is more than I can say for the clunky one I had before. Cleans up nicely and feels super durable.
Just got back from a rainy weekend in the mountains, and the back seat was spotless. The waterproof build really held up, and my boxer stayed dry and comfortable.
It does its job, but one of the seat anchors slipped out during a fast turn. Might just need an adjustment, but otherwise no major complaints.

The seat cover looks sleek and functions well, but I wish the side flaps had just a little more coverage on my 3 Series. That said, the quality is hard to beat. The anti-slip surface keeps my border collie stable, and the hard base is way better than the soft ones that collapse. It’s especially helpful when grocery bags end up sharing space back there. Definitely better suited for BMWs than generic covers. Zippers are strong and don’t snag — that’s a plus.
