What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?

Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:

Received this as a gift. The quality is good, nothing dangles or creaks. I don’t know how long the included bags will last, but will definitely order a refill. Nice thing to have in your car during family road trips!!
Great trash bag dispenser for car travel. Works as advertised, no issues found so far.
Well, this garbage bag dispenser is a useful accessory if you're traveling with a big family. The size of one bag is not very large, but enough for a 5-6 hour trip. The mechanism is simple and convenient. Especially for those who sit in the back. Quality is good, made from aluminum. In general, you can do without this dispenser just well, but with it traveling is much more comfortable and more aesthetic, if I may say so.

Got this this bag dispenser a month ago. Use as disposable vomit bags (our son often gets sick in the car) and travel garbage. Bags that included are really thick and don't leak, the dispenser itself is convenient to use. So after a month of use we can recommend it. We also advise get extra rolls of trash bags (they have it in thee Car Storage category) in advance.
The trash bag dispenser is amazing! Fits perfectly into the car interior and doesn’t take up space at all. I attached it to the seat headrest. Kids are happy to throw candy wrappers and napkins into it, and I’m very satisfied. Comes with a roll of waterproof trash bags.
