Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?

Are shipping fees refundable?

This booster seat is fantastic in terms of safety and comfort. My child loves it, and it keeps the seat belt in the perfect position. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because I'd love the solid black version, it'd fit my car better. Other than that, it's a great product that I would recommend to any parent.
