Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.

Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.

How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. But please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We also kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

nice mini vacuum cleaner. bought it for both my car and home. has actually high suction power, charging lasts about half an hour, and it's very comfortable to hold in your hand. lanning to order more owleys travel accessories as the brand impressed me with this product!
Great car vacuum. Bought one for myself and then as a gift for my son.
I really like this small handy vacuum cleaner, the suction is good (both modes), the battery life is just enough (about half an hour), the weight is light. The only thing is that you need to empty the dust container quite often during use. It's not very big. But if your car doesn't get dirty very quickly, this is the PERFECT option! And I also have to say emptying is simple -one click. Still I have no regrets about the purchase.
I replaced my old dust bag with this little auto vacuum cleaner. And did not regret. Works great. Much easier to clean and use than the one I had before... I drove without a car vacuum for about 3 years and finally realized how much I needed one. Sometimes you just don't realize that such a smart device saves time and helps keep things clean!

It is handy and light weight. Perfect tool for street dirt and crumbs. I use it once a week. This car vac is much more convenient than pulling the vacuum cleaner by the cord, etc.
This cordless vacuum has enough battery power to clean the entire Volkswagen Routan (including the trunk). Very happy with the purchase. I chose between other, cheaper models and can say this vacuum cleaner is worth the money.
