What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

My dog lay in this box for 2000 km there and the same distance back. Very ergonomic design - you can unzip the side to make it easier to get the dog out or to pet the dog. I laid out blankets for softness, and put a rolled-up blanket for the dog next to it for coziness. I highly recommend it!
Our Lacey (15 pounds) takes up only half of the car box. The dog is comfortable, we put a pillow inside. It holds its shape if all sides are fastened. At first we tried to leave one side open, because the dog is afraid of trips, and we calm her down by stroking her. But then the side panels, which are fastened to the headrests, come apart. When fully assembled, the cradle is stable. We did not test it for sudden braking, but in any case, the dog will not "fly away" beyond the cradle! A leash is included, but we did not use it. The dog enters the cradle itself, lies quietly. Thank you!
This seat performs excellently whether all sides are up or just one is down! The seatbelt tether feature is fantastic! My pup enjoys car rides so much now!! Plus, she feels secure!!
I’m genuinely obsessed with this product! I purchased a medium size for my 35-pound border collie, who has always been anxious in the car. I added a small dog bed for extra comfort. Since we set it up, she shakes less during rides. It seems to provide her with a sense of security. Additionally, my backseat remains clean now—previously it was covered in fur and paw prints! Highly recommend—10/10!!
Seems pretty flimsy, slides around. Dog can easily jump out of it. Maybe it's my particular back seat that makes this car seat not a good fit (Tesla 3). Will be looking for a better option.

My 11-month-old toy/mini Aussie pup used to dread car rides because she couldn’t see out the window and would get motion sickness. Being small, she would often lose her footing even with a seatbelt tether! This car seat changed everything for her. The enclosure and cover over the front seat make her feel secure. We got a thick foam cushion to elevate her so she can easily look out the window while seated! The fresh air and sights have completely eliminated her car sickness—now she runs to the car excitedly! We opted for the larger size car seat for extra room on longer trips. A fantastic investment!
