I used this backpack for the first time in a marathon, 26.2 miles with a new backpack. I didn't use the water package or straw and took them off. I carried keys, a cell phone, sport bars, a wallet, and other items. It didn't bounce or bother me at all while running. Though I must say, I run at a pace of 11 to 13 minutes per mile, which makes it a long time. Had no bad issues. Very comfortable.

I wish the storage compartments were a bit larger. Yes it is comfy, but I had trouble fitting all my gear in the pockets. Still, it’s a solid choice for staying hydrated on the go.

I really like this hydration pack for my runs, but the bladder was a bit tricky to fill the first time. The valve is leakproof, but filling the bladder without spilling was a challenge. Overall, it’s a good backpack with a minor inconvenience.
