What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?

Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:

- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?

Hello. I have been using this RAM 1500 dog seat cover for a few weeks now, and it's been great. It was easy and quick to set up, and the size fits well on my car seats. I appreciated the solid inserts inside the side panels for good door protection, not flimsy like cheaper options from Amazon. I also liked the non-slip bottom material; it doesn’t slide and makes this protector awesome for leather seats. The only bad thing is that if somebody buys this protector for the first time, they may find it difficult to install, and it’s a flaw that there is no printed instruction. But overall, I like the product.

Good RAM 1500 dog seat cover. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and it's been working well when I drive with Dean, my Cane Corso. It's the perfect size for my dog and keeps my car seats protected. However, I had some issues with the installation process. At first, I couldn’t figure out how to attach the sidewalls because I mixed them up and wasn’t able to zip them up properly. Then I dealt with it, but it would be nice to have additional printed instructions in the box. Anyway, the protector works as expected, so I’m satisfied with my choice.
I have had this ram pet seat cover for a month now, and we have used it almost daily. It is a high-quality product and works as advertised. It keeps my back seat clean and dry. It stays in place and gives my dog some freedom of movement on our short trips to the dog park. No rips, tears, or leakage. I would use our dog tether on long trips for safety and to limit her movement. No issues with it so far. I can't say the same for shipping through the US Postal Service.
