What countries are you delivering to?
We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for personal reasons (e.g., you’re not satisfied with the color or size), you can return it for an exchange or refund. Please note:
- - You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- - A 10% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
- - We kindly ask that you take proper care of your items. If the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling, we may not be able to accept a return.

Nice fit for the Volvo V60 and seems durable enough for regular weekend trips. The hammock feature gives the dog room to stretch while staying safely contained. I would’ve preferred having mesh windows as well, but it still breathable and comfy for my dog. Definitely reduces cleanup time after drives to the trail and doesn’t slide even when the dog shifts a lot

Absolutely love how this Volvo dog hammock makes traveling stress-free. Took our lab on a rainy hike, and the seat cover caught every ounce of mud and water. No smell, no staining. Wipes down quickly, and the zipper openings are clever for seat belt access. It also folds up neatly when not in use — compact enough to stash in the trunk. Highly recommend if your dog is messy but lovable like ours!
this dog seat cover for Volvo is just what our family car needed. daughter love having the dog in the backseat with them again without the mess. earlier it was a problem. now we use this hammock on one side! so convenient! plus it keeps fur and dirt completely off the upholstery, even with our boxer shedding like crazy. scratch-resistant material has held up despite regular use. washes off with a damp cloth, and the buckles are holding strong. simple, effective, and looks great too. recommended 👍
The backing actually grips the seat really well, so it doesn’t slide when my pup moves around. Great addition for any Volvo SUV owner.
