We offer worldwide shipping. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as your package has not been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to help. Please let us know within the same 30-day period, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs go directly to the shipping provider. We appreciate your understanding regarding these charges.
Is there a processing fee for orders?
Yes, all orders include a 10% non-refundable processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative and transactional costs associated with handling your order.

For all product returns, there is a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs of processing, handling, and restocking items.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You are welcome to request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Here are possible refund situations:
- - Your package was never delivered due to a verified shipping error.
- - The product arrived but is significantly different from what was described, you may qualify for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Please note that if the product is delivered according to the tracking of the shipping company, we cannot issue a refund. In this case, try contacting the shipping company.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect shipping address);
- - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. customs issues or natural disasters).
How do I return a product if I’m not fully satisfied?

This dog seat belt is quite sturdy and gives me peace of mind when traveling with my dog. It is easy to fasten to the car seat buckle and the collar but I wish it was a bit longer though.

I have a cover over my back seat, so I can’t use the seat belt attachment. I hook the latch onto the clip in the "trunk" of my SUV, thread it over the back seat, and attach the carabiner to my dog's harness. This makes the length a bit short, which is my only option. I chose this for the rotatable carabiner clip and bungee, as well as the reviews. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the length.

Safety for my dog is paramount. This allows her to move a little in the back seat but controls her movement if I need to stop quickly. My previous seat belt didn't allow her to move much, making her uncomfortable and unhappy during rides. This one works perfectly.

This is a high-quality purchase. It makes our fur baby safer during drives. The quality is sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap. It’s lightweight and very easy to use. Perfect for our medium dog, though I'm unsure about larger, stronger dogs.
I wish I could adjust it smaller; my dog can still flop off the seat.
